Items are shipped via the quickest and most economical method available based on item(s) ordered and your requested delivery time to the 48 contiguous United States (Please Contact Us for rates to Alaska & Hawaii). Campus Creations, LLC will select the best carrier to handle your shipment based on the above criteria.
Delivery to PO boxes is only available via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
The following chart reflects shipping information for “individual items” only. Contact Us for shipping estimates on larger quantities / bulk shipments.

Tracking Your Order
Packages sent Ground, Priority and Overnight Express come with a tracking number that can be sent to you, upon request, after your package is shipped. This will allow you to track your package's arrival online at its destination. The US Postal Service does not provide tracking information unless shipped via Priority Mail.
Return Policy
100 % Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days, in original condition for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be given in the manner in which you paid for the package at the time of purchase. Please Contact Us BEFORE returning an item – failure to do so will negate the refund policy.
Incorrect Addresses
Campus Creations, LLC is NOT responsible for misdelivered or late shipments due to carrier errors, incorrect addresses, or any circumstance beyond our immediate control. We will ship your package to the address listed at time of order. If item(s) must be reshipped due to an incorrect address on your part, you will incur an additional shipping charge. If you choose not to reship the package, you will not be refunded the original shipping charge, only the item cost if it is returned to us via the shipper due to an incorrect address.
Timely Delivery
We cannot be responsible for the efficiency of any shipping / freight service. During holiday seasons, please order early to insure a timely delivery

Shipping costs are included in our negotiated kit prices for our various Fundraising Programs.
