Campus Creations offers a variety of collegiate fund-raising programs including our Welcome Back to School Program, Final Exam Kit Program, and can customize a program for your group  - Spring Break Survival Kits, Personal Safety/Emergency Kits, Cleaning Kits (great for apartments and suites),  and more … have an idea, let us help!!!

By offering a turn-key solution to order solicitation, Campus Creations can handle the entire mailing process to parents for a nominal fee included in the parents price – at  NO cost to you.  If you wish to handle the mailing on campus, however, we will gladly assist by custom designing the letter to parents and order form. 

With Campus Creations handling the mailing process, the steps are simple …

~  Campus Creations provides proposals with gift suggestions for each program allowing your organization to select the gift(s) you wish to offer parents

~  You select the gift(s) you wish to offer and the profit margin you wish to earn
(NO pre-set limits or percentages)

~  You provide CC with student addresses via email (no costly labels to print and mail)

~  CC designs a customized letter to parents and order form for your approval
(Nothing is mailed without your review and approval)

~  CC prints, stuffs, and mails letters to parents on your behalf

~  CC receives and processes orders … providing regular updates if you wish

~  You receive an excel spreadsheet listing all orders “prior” to shipment

~  Kits are shipped directly to your organization with a hard copy of the order list, student pick-up cards, AND your profit check (NO waiting to receive your profit!!!)

~  Your organization handles distribution to students on campus

~ What does it cost to participate in these fundraising programs?NOTHING there is absolutely NO cost to your organization to participate.

~ How much money can we earn?
That’s entirely up to you – There is no set limit or percentage, but most organizations earn approx. $5.00 - $6.00 per kit profit.

~ When do we receive our profit?
Immediately!!!   Your profit check arrives WITH your kits … NO waiting for weeks or months to receive your money.

~ Are there order minimums?
Not normally … Some customized items (with logos, etc.) may require small minimums (normally 12 – 50 pieces depending on the item), but these items are also available with more generic artwork, which eliminates the order minimums.

~ Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
NO … we want you to “want” to work with us – not feel trapped or forced to work with us due to a contract.

~ How are kits distributed to students?
We normally ship kits directly to campus to be distributed in any manner you choose.  You’ll receive an alphabetized excel spreadsheet by email prior to delivery so you’ll have plenty of time to prepare for kit distribution.
