~ How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed in 3 ways: 1) by phone 2) by email 3) by regular mail
~ Can I order online?
Not at this time. As we expand our product line and site, we will begin offering online ordering, but want to keep our costs to you as reasonably as possible without the added fees often involved in online ordering. Check back later as we add products and hopefully begin offering online ordering.
~ What are my payment options?
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, money orders, and *personal checks (orders may be delayed with personal checks for bank clearing).
~ Can I place an order to have items shipped to another location?
Yes, simply complete the order form area indicating the alternate address, and we’ll gladly ship anywhere – a great gift idea for students at college, camp, etc..
~ How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Items in stock are usually shipped within 24-48 hours from our location. Check out the Shipping Information chart for more information on estimated shipping times, or call us toll-free at

~ Are there order minimums?
Not normally, except where noted on our Products Page. For larger quantities of an item, please contact us for discount pricing and shipping information.
~ Can I include a gift card / message with the item?
Yes, we’d be happy to include a personal message with your wishes. Simply complete the “gift message” area of the order form, and we’ll include your message with the gift. If ordering by phone, we’ll write your message on a card to include with the gift.
~ What about wholesale orders or larger quantities?
Since it’s difficult to provide complete information on wholesale / larger quantities online, please give us a call to discuss your interests, and we’ll gladly provide a specific quote and can often provide product samples.
