~ How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed quickly and easily via : 1) phone 2) email 3) regular mail or 4) online credit card
~ What are my payment options?
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, money orders, and *personal checks *(orders may be delayed with personal checks to allow for bank clearing).
~ Can I place an order to have items shipped to another location?
Yes, simply complete the order form area indicating the alternate address, and we’ll gladly ship anywhere – a great gift idea for students at college, camp, etc..
~ How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Items in stock are usually shipped within 24-48 hours from our location in West Virginia (26201). Check out the Shipping Information chart for more information on estimated shipping times, or call us toll-free at

~ Are there order minimums?
NO – we gladly ship individual items. * For larger quantities of an item, please contact us directly for discount pricing and shipping information.
~ Can I include a gift card / message with the item?
YES - we’d be happy to include a personal message with your wishes. Simply complete the “gift message” area of the order form, and we’ll include your message with the gift. If ordering by phone, we’ll write your message on a card to include with the gift.
~ Is Campus Creations, LLC licensed to offer Marshall University licensed products? Absolutely!!! Campus Creations, LLC is licensed thru CLC (Collegiate Licensing Company) who administers all license agreements and products on behalf of Marshall University. Officially licensed Marshall University products should display a specific hang tag or holographic label … only available to officially licensed vendors.
~ If I’m not satisfied, can I return an
item?
YES – simply contact our toll free number to let us know the situation, and we’ll gladly make arrangements for a credit/refund of the purchase price. Return shipping to us, however, is the buyer’s responsibility.
~ What about wholesale orders or larger quantities?
Since it’s difficult to provide complete information on wholesale / larger quantities online, please call toll-free or email us to discuss your interests, and we’ll gladly provide a specific quote and can often provide product samples.
